In Memory of Mahmoud

Kuwait: The tragic loss of Mahmoud Khalifah Ali, Manager of the OCA’s Doping Control Department, in the early hours of November 19 affected everyone connected with the Asian Olympic Movement and the global anti-doping community. As a lasting memory of Mahmoud, OCA has produced a special edition of the newsletter Sporting Asia, not only mourning his passing but celebrating his warm personality and achievements. The 16-page publication contains tributes from around the world, as well as some very personal stories from OCA staff members who worked with him every day at the Kuwait HQ. This special edition of Sporting Asia is available for download from the OCA website, and the printed version will be sent to the Asian and global Olympic family in the next few days.
