An important signing ceremony took place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal Al Saud and the acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia, Raja Randhir Singh, for the 7th Asian Indoor and Martial Art Games in Riyadh in 2025 which will be hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.
Muaythai is one of the founding sports of these games since the inauguration in 2005 and once again, the Asian and Oceania athletes will look forward to this important event. The 2023 edition will be held in the Kingdom of Thailand where muaythai will play an important part in the event.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will also host the 2023 World Combat Games where the 15 IOC and/or GAISF recognized combat sports will participate.
