In a heartwarming display of generosity, IFMA and UKMF came together to donate five thousand pounds to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital, marking a significant contribution to the SportAccord legacy of 2024.

As a culmination of the SportAccord events, a seminar featuring the iconic Buakaw was held in Birmingham. Despite the presence of a muaythai superstar, the organizers chose to keep the seminar accessible by setting a minimal fee of 15 pounds, with all proceeds earmarked for a local charity.

Expressing heartfelt gratitude, a spokesperson from Birmingham Children’s Hospital extended warm thanks to the IFMA family, Buakaw, and UKMF for their benevolent gesture towards the local community. Their support serves as a beacon of hope for the children and families receiving care at the hospital.

IFMA President, Doctor Sakchye Tapsuwan, commended UKMF for spearheading this remarkable initiative, which aligns perfectly with IFMA’s overarching philosophy of leveraging sport as a catalyst for positive change. This collaborative effort underscores the unique bond within the IFMA family and the collective commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Such acts of kindness exemplify the essence of the IFMA community, where compassion and solidarity converge to create a brighter and more inclusive future for all.
