Day 4 Recap: Battle of the Quarter Finals in the 67 and 71 kg male divisions

Day #4 was a battle of the Quarterfinals in the senior male divisions.

In the 67kg male division, Dzimitry Varats outclassed France’s Alexis Sautron to advance to the semi-finals with World Games qualified, Igor Lyubchenko. 

Turkey’s Erden Dincer defeated Poland’s Oskar Siegert in a nail biting match and will advance to the semi-finals against Russia’s Elias Musaev.

In the male 71kg division, Hungarian superstar, Zoltan Nardelotti faced rising star, Oleksandr Yefimenko after Yefimenko’s victorious defeat and upset against Belarussia’s Andrei Kulebain. In the end, it was the Ukrainian phenom dominating the match with his tricky sweeps and impeccable timing to secure his place in the semi-finals against Sweden’s Rasmus Eriksson on Saturday.
