Day 2 saw again a stadium packed, with a great atmosphere, from the opening bell to the last second. Over 30 countries were due to fight, with the cadets once again stealing the show, performing beautiful wai khrus, and skills far beyond their ages. Outstanding sportsmanship was the key, with the kids showing the highest respect to each other.
Some notable matches were Belarus vs England, Ukraine vs Algeria, Croatia vs Israel, Kazakhstan vs. Iraq, Turkey vs Azerbaijan, and Jordan vs. Poland.
Entertainment for the kids was planned on the side, and the day ended with a movie night showing Episode 1 from the Emmy-award nominated Muaythai reality show, “The Challenger Muaythai,” where youngsters and adults had the chance to see some of Muaythai’s idols in action.
