The #MACrew Boys are back at it this Thursday with a class sure to get your heart pumping right out of the gate. On the MACrew Menu this Thursday:

• Warm-Up: Demolition Man style (taking it up a notch because he missed you guys so much on Tuesday)
• Technique: Kicks oriented (Round 2 with Demolition Man)
• Advanced Moves: Counters with Swedish Mafia

Sure sounds like a Hip Hop Concert line-up huh? lol

Thursday’s class is going to be action packed, sweaty and ALL ABOUT KICKS AND COUNTERS.
