26 National Olympic committees of Asia have sent official teams to the Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games in Incheon Korea.
All athletes completed their medicals and official weigh in after which the official team manager meeting commenced. The meeting was conducted by IFMA President Dr. Sakchye Tapsuwan, FAMA General Secretary Mervyn Tan, President of the Korea Muaythai Association Mr Yeo Kyu-Tae, IFMA General Secretary Stephan Fox and FAMA Vice President Dato Muhd Shahnaz Azmi. A detailed presentation was given by official Technical Delegate of the games, Mr. Paiboon Srichaisawat.
At the end of the presentation, the draw was conducted as team managers from the 26 participating teams waited with bated breath to see who would face off in the first round of competitions.
For the next 5 days it will all be about excellence, friendship and fair play… Let the games begin!!!
