About the New ADEL Resources
ADEL for Youth Athletes Course: This interactive course, aimed at athletes aged 11-15, introduces core principles of clean sport. Each module, featuring insights from WADA’s Athlete Council members, empowers youth to stand as champions of fairness within the Muaythai community.

Downloadable Resources: WADA has developed key resources for youth athletes, parents, and support personnel, covering essential topics such as testing procedures, the Prohibited List, supplements, and speaking up. Available offline, these resources ensure access anytime, anywhere.

- Accessing Resources: The ADEL course and resources are available in English, French, and Spanish. For translation support, please contact the ADEL Helpdesk.
- Youth Account Setup: For athletes under 16, a parent or guardian’s email can be used to create an ADEL account.
