The state of Santa Catarina, under the new direction of the Federação Catarinense de Muaythai Tradicional (FECAMTT), will start off 2014 with the biggest event of Muaythai at the boardwalk in Balneario Camboriu, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
The event scheduled for 15-16 February will be the final selection for the last remaining spots that are open for the World Muaythai Championship to be held in the beautiful island of Langkawi, Malaysia.
This event will be held under the supervision of CBMTT, which will be represented by President Dr. Carlos Alberto Portolan, Vice President, Mr. Jorge Alberto Martins Nunes and National Superintendent Master Camacho.
According to Paulo Ribeiro, President of FECAMTT and organizer of the event, “this is just the beginning of a great work for the development and unity of Muaythai to be held in the State of Santa Catarina. Our doors are open to all who wish to work properly with this beautiful martial art.”
