The International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA) is proud to announce the official recognition of the Kazakhstan Muaythai Federation by the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This important milestone marks a significant step forward for the continued development and institutional strengthening of Muaythai in Kazakhstan, further reinforcing the sport’s alignment with the Olympic Movement at national level.

The formal recognition ceremony was attended by the President of the Kazakhstan Muaythai Federation, Mr Farkhat Amankulov, together with the Federation’s General Secretary, Mr Kairat Teleubayev. The delegation was officially received by the Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan, Mr Alimzhan Akaeyev, and the Director General of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan, Mr Nurlan Nogerbek.

The presence and engagement of the NOC leadership reflects the growing standing and credibility of Muaythai within the national sports framework and underlines the importance of this recognition for the future development of the sport in Kazakhstan.

This achievement becomes another key chapter in the steady progress of Muaythai across Central Asia and underlines the dedication of the Kazakhstan Muaythai Federation to good governance, athlete development, youth engagement and international cooperation.
