The IFMA Family is deeply saddened for the loss of Indian International Athlete, Jyoti Riamuk, who unexpectedly passed away.

Jyoti represented India in the 2021 IFMA World Muaythai Championship in Bangkok and will be remembered for her courageous spirit in and outside the ring. She was the first Indian athlete to represent India on the international stage from the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Jyoti’s passing will be grieved by the entire IFMA Family and her passing will be honored with the IFMA flag lowered to half-mast. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Riamuk Family and our brothers and sisters of the United Muaythai Association of India.
