The Colombian Muaythai Federation, under President, David Gonzalez, is one of the most active IFMA national federations in the IFMA SIYG campaign in using muaythai as a tool towards positive change.
The pandemic has cancelled many events but this event was held to bring together youth and athletes from the region to promote a message of hope, peace, solidarity and unity. National federations from the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru sent athletes to this important muaythai camp. The athletes trained together, various workshops and seminars were held where the athletes shared their hope and dreams towards a better tomorrow. This is part of IFMA’s grassroots program to promote inclusion, equality and non-discrimination.
