It’s time to reignite the excitement as Swiss Muaythai, the official Swiss Member Federation of IFMA, proudly promotes the WMC Gala with an unparalleled program. On September 28th, the gala, titled The FAV – The Golden Edition, will feature a stacked card and the inaugural national title fight. Gender equality is more than just a phrase for IFMA, as the main event will see Clementine Egg and Malaika Hodapp face off in what promises to be an explosive muaythai bout between these two world-class athletes.
The event will be held in Lausanne, the Olympic capital, where IFMA, as an IOC-recognized organization, has its satellite office. The local sports community is sure to show strong support for this event. Switzerland boasts a vibrant muaythai scene, with notable figures such as former RWS World Champion Daniel Rodriguez, and let’s not forget the legendary Andy Hug, the first-ever WMC World Champion.
