The second series of UKMF’s Junior Superleague is being held on 1st December 2012, in Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham, England.
The Junior Superleague had almost 200 participants first time round, and this year’s aim is to break that record.
The Superleague is an important platform for UKMF’s Muaythai youth development. The UKMF seeks to build up young athletes and give them the opportunity to test their skills against their peers, for the chance at representing the UK in competitions abroad.
Since so many international events happen across the channel, in Europe, it’s a great way for UK youth to earn the chance to eventually meet and compete against their European counterparts, to take part in cultural exchange and to practice respect and sportsmanship for their fellow Muaythai practitioners.
