Over 140 international organisations and federations have joined forces for and with the youth of the world for the UTS 2022 World Youth Festival.
The event which is under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee, Special Olympics International and is fully supported by the Sport Authority of Thailand and National Sports Development Fund.
The official press conference took place at the Sport Authority of Thailand with over 70 different television and press agencies present. The Deputy Governor of the Sport Authority of Thailand, Mr. Prachum Boonthiam thanked each and every one who contributed to bring this unique opportunity to the youth of all abilities from all around the world and Thailand. The Sport Authority of Thailand is proud to be a part of this event.
National Sports Development Fund Manager Ms. Suprnaee Guptasa stated that the event is aligned with Thailand’s vision of inclusion, equality and building a better world through sports.
The Dean Faculty of Physical Education, Srinakharinwirot University, Associate Professor Sonthaya Sriramatr showed his pride that the university has been chosen to host this event and is looking forward to welcoming the over 2000 participants which will be part of the conference and sports festival.
The UTS President thanked the Sport Authority of Thailand and the National Sports Development Fund and everyone who has contributed and rolled up their sleeves for a common vision.
