The city Prague was one of the muaythai capitals in 2018 organising a great European Championships with so many elite athletes competing.

Last week the Czech Muaythai Association continued to legacy of the last year event staging the Muaythai Road Show 2019. So many special guests arrived to again congratulate the President of the CMTA Mr. Petr Ottich on raising such outstanding athletes and representing the Czech Republic in various international competition.

The Deputy Director-General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mrs. Ruyaporn Sukontasap and the Advisor to Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Chaisiri, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh were present at the reception welcoming Mr. Ottich at the Ambassador’s residence.

The Muaythai Road Show took place at the Festival Embassies in the Farmers Market on Saturday featuring demo sessions of the muaythai techniques with its disciplines: Muay Boran, Krabi Krabon and many others.

More than 100 youth which gathered for the show could have a hands on experience at the open training by the Thai coaches which were guests of the event. A photo session and the Sport Is Your Gang T-shirts was given to each young participant as they first trophy for their training.

Another amazing weekend for muaythai concluded in huge success and the Czech Republic showed that it is ready for many more international events in its beautiful cities.
