In other words, it is the swing-back kick. This technique is used when the opponent would throw the punch towards the wrong target and loses his balance. We would then turn his/her body for a kick by swinging the heel back.

He/She would take a step forward, putting the weight on the left leg to then turn around and kick backwards with the right heel, aiming for the opponent’s jaw or the right rib. The opponent can counter this attack by pushing the right foot to the right with his/her right arm or he/she can catch the right foot in order to jerk it forward.
