At the 2022 Youth World Championships in Malaysia, the IFMA Nak Muay youth of the world participated in their first Flash Mob on the final day of competition at the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Center in beautiful Kuala Lumpur.
Hundreds of visitors at the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Center stopped dead in their tracks as the YWC2022 Flash Mob debuted their performance to the 2022 Abu Dhabi Senior World Championship theme song.
The Muaythai Flash Mob Dance celebrated the Olympic Values of the 2022 Youth World Championships as the IFMA Youth danced and performed traditional muaythai inspired choreographed moves together in fun and friendship. The dance was choreographed by Kru Din, Thailand’s National Coach and Trainer, who led a series of rehearsals with the athletes prior to the day of the Flash Mob.
This Saturday, September 10th, Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has organized a Flash Mob as part of Thailand’s plan to promote Muaythai towards the Olympics. Kru Din and his athletes will once again take the lead with the Flash Mob taking place in Thailand’s largest and newest Shopping Center, Icon Siam, followed by a Muaythai Training Workshop for the public. Get ready to Stop, Drop and Muaythai!
