This year’s Muaythai King’s Cup event will be held at Sanam Suepa instead of Sanam Luang as in previous years.

Sanam Suepa, located opposite Suan Amporn near the King Rama V Monument (see map) in the Dusit Palace district in Bangkok, is notable as the venue of the annual Bangkok Jazz Festival.

The event is open to the public and will feature a super 8 tournament which will pit 8 world class muaythai fighters from Thailand, Brazil, Germany, China, England, South Africa, Canada and Iran!

Fights start with the IFMA world championship amateur finals from 16.00-20.00, followed by the undercard fights from 20.00-22.00.

The King’s Cup Super-8 will kick-off at 22.00 and is scheduled be televised LIVE around the world!

Don’t miss out the action as 8 men vie for the coveted King’s Cup Trophy donated by HM the King of Thailand…. In the end only one will take the crown and title of reigning King’s Cup champion!!
