May 9 Memorial Day Belarus festivities
On the 9th of May the athletes and officials from every country are invited to mark the memorial day for World War II which is celebrated in our host nation of Belarus.
Fitting with IFMA’s policy of Unity in Diversity, all teams are invited to an excursion. There is no competition tomorrow!
It will be fun and unlike anything you have seen before.
Lunch will be served early from 11:30 onwards and then we leave at 12.30 sharp from the Stadium.
Return is around 18:00 for dinner.
This conference – attended by athletes, officials and other team members – focuses on the Olympic movement and IFMA.
Buses leave from Hotel Belarus and Hotel Yubileiny at 09:15 (short bus journey!)
Teams will be back at the hotels at 11:30.
