Over the last 5 months the IFMA Family have shown solidarity in our One World One Muaythai philosophy during these challenging times. IFMA members from all 5 continents have participated in the Muaythai Connects campaign involving all stakeholders of the IFMA Family to showcase the true spirit of muaythai, unity in diversity promoting the social, physical and mental health benefits of muaythai as a cultural art form and the sport for Every Body.

Solidarity is the key while some countries are still in lockdown, others slowly return to the new normal and the first physical IFMA events have already been held in Chinese Taipei, Czech Republic and others.

The safety and well being of all IFMA stakeholders will continue to be most important so the countries which have restarted the competition will still undergo the important safety measurements.

IFMA President Dr. Sakchye Tapsuwan stated now more than ever we must stand as one as with the united approach and importantly solidarity we will overcome these challenging times and hopefully soon the IFMA athletes from all countries can be together again. Until then IFMA will continue to use the digital platform to stay connected, educate and promote healthy lifestyle through the Muaythai Connects initiative.
