The Perak Amanjaya Muaythai International 2013 competition will be held on 26th January 2013, Saturday at 8.00pm which located at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh.
This competition is organized by BN Youth Perak with Perak Muaythai Amateur Association in cooperation with the Malaysian Muaythai Association, the sole Malaysian member of IFMA and the WMC, under the sanctioning of IFMA, the WMC and the Asian continental federation, FAMA, the controlling body for Muaythai in Asia. This is a great test for participating Asian fighters before the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games this summer.
The event is also fully supported by the Malaysian government, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and will be one of the first pre-qualifiers for the 2013 SportAccord World Combat Games.
This is a fight for a good cause, as part of the ticket sales will be donated to the National Cancer Society of Malaysia. Fighters will come from Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Australia, Great Britain, Russia, Colombia, Sweden, Peru and Iran.
Malaysian super star Ali Yaakub will be Malaysia’s hopeful for a spot in the SportAccord World Combat Games, competing in the Super 4. Special thanks must go to the President of the Malaysian Muaythai Association, Dato’Shah and the President of Muaythai Perak, Bernard Radin.
