September 14th saw the Palestinian Muaythai Championships held under the auspices of the Palestinian Olympic Committee.
Held in the picturesque city of Ramallah, the event saw the participation of some 70 boxers fighting out of 12 clubs from the West Bank and Jerusalem.
The event was also honoured with the attendance if Major General Jibril Rajoub, President of the Palestinian Olympic Committee.
