Nili Block is one of the most outstanding female athletes in the world but she is also one of the most outstanding social activists in her home country Israel contributing to raising the sport from the grass roots.

The World Championships 2016 in Sweden has became one of the most important events in her career as she won her gold medal which granted her the right to go to the World Games 2017 in Wroclaw, Poland.

Female empowerment plays a big role in Israeli Muaythai and Nili Block is happy to share her experience of competing under IFMA. A true star in Israel, she was awarded the athlete of the year award from the governmental authority for non-Olympic sports and is invited to numerous TV shows to speak about female Muaythai.

It is going to be one of the most significant events for Nili and Israeli Muaythai but at the same time a new challenge to compete against Valentina Shevchenko. Nili lost against Valentina in 2015 in a very close match. The World Games 2017 will be another chance for Nili to show her best and for spectators a great sight to follow in Wroclaw.

The World Games will be a truly great event with the best of the best competing for the medals and showing the best of Muaythai.
