Quention Chong, president of the South African Muaythai Association (SAMA) and the South African Amateur Muaythai Federation (SAAMF), and fellow muaythai athletes conducted a special Muaythai Aerobics event in South Africa for their National Youth Day on the 16th of June.

The event was a charity which was held for girls from underprivileged areas around South Africa. 150 participants showed up and enjoyed a great workout. The girls were treated to a full Muaythai Aerobics session as well as snacks and refreshments. This was a great opportunity for all to learn about the pillars of Muaythai: respect, honour, tradition, excellence and fair-play, which apply to life in general as well.
