The Mexican Muaythai Federation has now fully introduced the iGLA education curriculum in Mexico and both instructors and students are now beginning to feel the benefits of the online system. Mexico is the most recent country to fully integrate the system and have just completed their first grading ceremony where all successful students received their certificates.

IGLA utilises the Muaythai Animation Education System (IMAES) which was developed over a period of 24 months and uses state of the art animated videos to aid practitioners in the ancient art of muaythai. Using the Khan system muaythai fighters are able to progress from beginner to advanced and even login at home to brush up on what they learnt in class.

Over 70 participants have just graduated to level Khan 1 and Khan 2 during a special award ceremony conducted by Mexican Head Coach Mauricio Calvo and General Secretary Oscar Perez. Work and preparation are now going into the next grading which is scheduled for March.

IFMA would like to congratulate all the Mexican iGLA students on all their hard work and dedication over the last two months enabling them to successfully be awarded their Khans.
