The beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur will be hosting the 2017 SEA Games, with Muaythai included as an official sport. The event is under the slogan “Let us Rise Together” and from 5th of March to 13th of May, the baton run will be taking place.

Dato Shahnaz Azmi President of the Malaysian Muaythai Federation and Vice President of FAMA stated,

“Muaythai or Muay as known in South East Asia, will be an outstanding sport in the Games. Malaysia is gearing up as there is huge popularity for the sport in the country!”
