After the announcement of the World Combat Games 2021 in Nur Sultan, Kazakhstan,  National Muaythai Federation of Kazakhstan takes every opportunity to showcase the strength of their martial artists and show the world that Kazakhstan athletes will make a great effort in the event team ranking race. 

The first appearance of the Kazakhstan national team after announcement of the Games falls on the 2019 Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships with two outstanding athletes leading the team. Yelaman Sayassatov and Almaz Sarsembekov have made their names at IFMA events winning medals of different value at the continental and world championships. In Korea both champions will remind about the future host of the Combat Games and will continue building the image of Kazakhstan as one of strongest muaythai teams in IFMA.

 

Nur Sultan is already getting ready for the big Games and so many events are planned all around Kazakhstan to promote martial arts and build the fan base for each sport participating in the games.
