With sadness we have heard the news on the passing of Grand Master Kevin Lloyd. The IFMA Family, led by President Dr. Sakchye Tapsuwan would like to send our deepest condolences to his wife Jess and the Lloyd family.

Kevin was one of the pioneers of Muaythai in Europe and will always be remembered for the love and passion he had towards the fostering and promotion of the art and sport of muaythai and putting the code of Respect above all else.

He will be equally remembered for his character, his sense of humour and for always being there when help was needed.

Kevin’s sudden passing reminds us all how fragile human life can be, and that we live in a space between one breath and the next. We must continue to work towards putting all differences aside so that we can work united for our future generations. Kevin has been a true example of this.

The IFMA international head office will fly its flag at half mast in honour and respect for his life achievements, the lives he touched, lives that have grown under his nurturing and the direction he has given to the next generations.
