We wish to express our sincere condolences for the recent passing of Dr. Richard Leyrer, President of the Hungarian Kickboxing Federation. His death is no doubt a great loss to the world sport & muaythai community.
We wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to his family, friends, and colleagues who are affected so greatly by this loss. We remember fondly our time with him during the last SportAccord Convention in Turkey where we his visits to our exhibition stand were always a welcome occasion. Additionally, he was always insightful and inspirational at the many World Combat Games meetings. His impressive presence in stature was most certainly met with his warm and friendly nature.
We are deeply saddened over his tragic and untimely death. We honour him and those whose lives he touched are in our thoughts and prayers.
