After the World Championships in Belarus, the Youth World Championships in Bangkok and the World Games in Wroclaw, the next four months will see all the IFMA Continental Championships all on the calendar.

The first will be the Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games, which for the first time will see entries from Oceania to compete. Around 30 countries will gather together sent by their NOCs in Ashgabat from the 17-21 of September.

Mexico City will be the host country for the Pan-American Championships with around 20 countries participating and will also serve as the test event for the 2018 World Championships to be held in Cancun the following year.

Paris, which just got awarded the 2024 Olympic Games will be the venue for the European Championships with about 35 countries participating.

The African Championships will be held in Rabaat, Morocco from 14-17 December.

IFMA Sport Director said that all the events will also host the Continental Federation Executive Board Meetings and General Assemblies as well as Anti-doping and sport integrity workshops. The IFMA executive and the various commissions will also be busy attending many meetings around the world, as an IOC and GAISF recognised international federation.
