In a proud moment for Indian Muaythai, Shri Haribhai Bagade, Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan, welcomed and extended his best wishes to the state’s talented Muaythai athletes, recognizing their dedication and achievements on the national and international stage.

During the meeting, the Governor congratulated the young athletes selected to represent India at the 3rd Asian Youth Olympic Games, and shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming IFMA World Youth Championships, set to take place in Abu Dhabi.

Joining the Governor were key figures in Indian Muaythai:

  • Shri Surendra Ji, President of the Rajasthan Muaythai Association
  • Shri K.C. Meena Ji, Shri Mannu Ji, and Shri Anurag Ji

Special recognition was given to Shri Ram Chaudhary, General Secretary of the United Muaythai Association India, for his tireless contributions to the growth and development of Muaythai across the country.

From Rajasthan, six outstanding athletes—Vidhi Sharma, Mohini Sanwaria, Harshita, Lavanya, Dinesh, and Mudit Gupta—have earned the honor of representing India at the Asian Youth Olympic Games.

Additionally, four young athletes from Jaipur—Mohini, Vidhi, Mudit, and Lavanya—have been selected to compete at the prestigious IFMA World Youth Championships in Abu Dhabi, joining youth from over 100 nations in a celebration of sport, culture, and unity.

This recognition marks a significant milestone for Rajasthan and India, as these young nak muay continue to shine on the international stage, embodying the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance that define the art of Muaythai.
