The Czech Muaythai Association, one of the oldest members of IFMA, has just received full recognition by the NOC of Czech Republic.
CMTA President, Petr Ottich said that this is a proud moment for all muaythai in Czech Republic, and for the athletes to officially wear the five rings on their uniforms.
Muaythai in Czech Republic has produced many male and female champions over the last 20 years, and this year Royal World Cup showed the continued grassroot development as Czech youth athlete Tadeas Ruzicka has received the HRH Crown Prince’s trophy for most outstanding performance in the junior male category.
