With unwavering determination and meticulous preparation, Team China delivered a masterclass in skill and spirit, securing two gold medals and one bronze—a feat that placed them at the pinnacle of the Muaythai competition. Their triumph came amidst fierce global competition, with Ukraine, Mexico, AIN, and Moldova each earning one gold medal, showcasing the sport’s growing international depth.
The President of the Chinese National Olympic Committee, Gao Zhidan, reflecting on the team’s achievement, expressed profound pride and admiration, calling the victory “a defining moment for Chinese Muaythai and a testament to the athletes’ dedication and the nation’s commitment to the sport.”
