Buakaw Banchamek will be the team captain leading the delegation of Thai champions for the upcoming Monte Carlo Fighting Masters event on the 14th of June 2014 in Monaco.

A huge signing ceremony was held at the Sport Authority of Thailand this past Friday 13th December.

Team Thailand came together alongside Damien Alamos from France and Dzianis Hancharonak from Belarus representing the international muaythai celebrities on the card.

Buakaw stated that as a Thai he was truly proud to be part of such a historical event. He acknowledged that fighting Fabio Pinca for the WMC World Title would be a very hard fight, but that he would be on the form of his life as HSH Prince Albert the II would be at the event.
