The venue came alive for the very first competition day, with a capacity crowd and hundreds of fans queuing at the doors to witness one of the most spectacular youth championships in IFMA’s history.

The opening day featured all age divisions from 10–17 year-old divisions for both male and female athletes, with breathtaking performances showcasing the remarkable talent of the IFMA youth. The home team UAE electrified the arena with world-class displays, proving they are ready to stand tall on the podium and contend for the medal table’s top spot.

Teams from Australia, Morocco, Tunisia, Ireland, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Syria, Türkiye, Greece, Syria, Canada, Netherlands, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, Slovakia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Belgium, Estonia, Greece, EMR Refugee Team, Armenia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Czech Republic, Portugal, USA, Malaysia and of course, the home team UAE, all impressed, booking their places in the second round of the event, which is being broadcast to audiences worldwide.

The atmosphere was further elevated by the presence of distinguished guests and VIPs, including representatives from the National Olympic Committee, Dubai Sports Council, and various embassies, who gathered ringside to support the youth of the world.
