As an IOC-recognized Olympic Federation and a full signatory of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), IFMA proudly joins WADA in celebrating Play True Day—a global initiative dedicated to promoting clean sport.
Since its inception in 2014, IFMA has observed this important day each year on April 11th. For the IFMA Family, Play True Day goes beyond words—it is about action, raising awareness, and standing united in our commitment to clean sport at every level.

Thousands of IFMA athletes, in collaboration with their National Federations, have taken the Play True pledge, reinforcing their dedication to integrity in competition. Protecting clean athletes remains fundamental to IFMA’s mission, strengthened by our partnership with the International Testing Agency (ITA).
Every IFMA athlete actively participates in anti-doping workshops and utilizes WADA’s Anti-Doping Education and Learning (ADEL) platform to stay informed and uphold the highest standards.
The responsibility to safeguard fair play extends to all stakeholders. It starts with each of us. Together, we must continue fostering a culture where athletes, coaches, and support personnel work collectively to preserve the purity of sport.
