WADA Prohibited List
The World Anti‑Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List is the global standard that defines which substances and methods athletes are not allowed to use in sport. It sets out categories of drugs and performance‑influencing techniques that are banned both in‑competition and out‑of‑competition, as well as cases where bans apply only during events or in specific sports. Published annually and enforced by anti‑doping organisations worldwide, the Prohibited List helps protect athlete health, support fair competition, and uphold the integrity of sport by spelling out what is not permitted under the World Anti‑Doping Code.
