The largest Youth World Championship in IFMA history, featuring athletes from over 100 countries across all continents competing in every Muay Thai discipline, has reached its final days. The event was held at Space 42 Arena in Abu Dhabi, marking history as the first-ever World Championship hosted in the Middle East.
The arena was filled to bursting, with countless incredible performances. Team UAE made history not only by fielding the largest team in the competition but also by achieving the highest medal tally of the tournament. This accomplishment highlights the hard work of the UAE Muay Thai Federation in grassroots development and underscores the nation’s growing prominence in the global Muay Thai arena.

Medals, however, were spread across the globe, with athletes from Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Australia, USA, Mexico, Peru, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Belgium, France, and many others reaching the podium.

Congratulations go to all young athletes, whose courage, skill, and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. Every participant is a champion—for their effort, passion, commitment, and for letting the spirit of Muay Thai shine.
