Representatives of 56 sports met in Manila to coordinate the preparation for the 30th South East Asian Games in the heart of Philippines, Manila.

Dato Shahnaz Azmi represented Muaythai at the meeting as the grand Chungju Martial Arts Masterships concluded for Muaythai in Korea. In an exclusive call with IFMA Dato confirmed that the preparation for the Games is going well and Muaythai athletes will have another event to shine at the year’s break.

3-8 December Muaythai will be featured in the Subic Bay Exhibition & Convention Center and again demonstrate the beauty and power of the sport.

The organisers of the SEA Games report that 2019 edition promises to be the biggest ever in terms of disciplines. The current record holder for the number of disciplines is Indonesia with 44 disciplines on the programme. The opening ceremony in Manila should have the longest athletes’ parade on par with the Olympic events as so many sports are proud to be part of the Games.
